Still blech, but made it through the night

Thank God for prayers and Pepto-Bismal (and Jillian, who had it).  Still not quite sure what’s going on; the intrepid Joan was going to take me to the clinic this morning, but it’s raining.  I know I don’t want to go out.  I think the fever’s broken (it was 101.1 at one point), and my stomach has (mostly) subsided.  Still concerned about the upper respiratory stuff, though.
