I’m amazed that when I’m in the US, I don’t think I have much to say here, but when I’m in Uganda, I seem to get awfully chatty. But my friend Amos sent my grades (some time ago, actually), and I finally realized that I needed to post them before I got back to school and starting talking about stuff there and forgot.
Once again, my grades are further proof of 1. God in general, and 2. His goodness. Results are as follows, and here is the grading scheme:
Systematic Theology: 83 (to quote Jan Karon, this ranks right up there with the Red Sea incident)
Biblical Interpretation: 81
Christian Communications, Homiletics, and Preaching: 75 (I’m disappointed in this one)
Old Testament Prophets: 74 (I must not have done as well on the exam, because I thought my grade was pretty good going into the test)
Gospels and Acts: 80
Greek: 75 (I didn’t do as well on the exam, which I can explain in detail, but had like a 90 or 92 going into the exam. If I had only thought to memorize the homework we’d done, I could have kept it.)
GPA: 4.70; cumulative GPA 4.6(ish).
Sighing the happy sigh of one who knows she is carried by grace.
