Please continue to pray for peace in Uganda; election results may be announced Saturday at 5:00pm local (9:00am EST). Voting was extended into Friday because many polling places opened late due to lack of ballots or personnel. There was a social media blackout Thursday due to the elections (thankfully, campus wifi got me around that), and it’s unclear whether that has continued.
Please also pray that my laptop is fine. This morning it gave me the “RAM unseated” three beeps, and when the battery ran out, it reset the date to 1/1/2015. I’m praising God that I was able to get it restarted by whacking the back, but this is the second time this has happened this semester. I’m supposed to be conducting my interviews for my thesis and I’m supposed to have my first draft for my literature review in April (!!), so I really don’t have time for this.
And with that, I’m going to backup my laptop now.
