Mango cutting lessons

July 12, 2009

Sadly, the mango won. I ended up hacking into that poor thing, and the fruit is so utterly stuck to the seed that it was tough going. Dorcas came and rescued me; it’s like cutting a cantaloupe (with the large slices, then making cubes). No, I don’t know what I was thinking.

But I’m ready for the next one…
