of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28.
So, there seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel… through all the confusion about the timetable and lecturers, here we are in week, what, 6? and still haven’t seen the lecturer for Christian Stewardship. Yes, the irony is terribly profound. We just had a meeting with the dean, and there are many moving parts to the story, but the long and short of it is that a lecturer will [try to] come teach us the finance part of the course, and Rev. Omona will teach us the stewardship part as part of our Church Leadership and Management course. So this essentially rubs out Christian Stewardship, but since they ambushed us with ATR and Islam, we still have the required number of courses. That’s the good news.
The light at the tunnel still could be an oncoming train, however, as it’s February and my dissertation is nowhere near done. I’m a first-class procrastinator, but I have help: I don’t have enough data to do any analysis. Yes, this is a crisis. I’ve sent emails and made phone calls, but please pray that I get enough data to crunch. I really want to graduate in July.
Staying on another semester isn’t heinous, other than the logistical nightmare that ensues (registering as a research student, which has to be done in May and in person), how on earth would I present my dissertation when I’m in the US, what what, and then the finances involved. So please, please, please pray.
