Why, yes, I am procrastinating again, but this picture/post was a special request. You know, there’s a sufficient amount of work, and insufficient time to complete it, that it makes one want to just crawl under the bed. I won’t, however, because in the process of fixing one of the toilets today, there was a bit of a flood, and water came in my room, and mostly went under the bed. I saw it while the Estates guy was still here, and he got it out, but my luggage got a bit wet (thank God for hard backs!) and now the floor there is really clean, but it’s still a deterrent.
But I digress. Yes, indeed, there are 18 iterations of the word “the” in Greek. I know they don’t show well in the photo, but I hope you get the idea. It helps tell all sorts of things like gender and what type of role a noun plays in the sentence. But goodness. I successfully crammed them for the test. Now to really learn it…
